Welcome cocktail

All delegates are invited to meet and share ideas at the cocktail buffet which will be held on Monday 17, from 18.30 to 20 in Pasteur Hall (Corum level 0).

Gala dinner

We hope you will join us and enjoy the dinner that will take place in the internationally renowned wine estate “Château Puech Haut” situated 20 km North of Montpellier in the wine region (appellation) Pic Saint Loup.

The evening will start with a wine tasting and a guided visit of the cellar, before enjoying an open-air dinner prepared by Mr Germain, our favorite chief caterer.The wine-cellar will be open until 20:30 for those of you who wish to bring back bottles or “Bib’art”, an art-painted 3 liters barrel, as a souvenir.

Bus will come back around 22:30 to arrive around 23:00 in Montpellier. 3 drop-offs will be organized: one in front of Mercure Antigone, where you can catch the tramway lines 1 & 2, and one in front of Mercure Centre from where you can join the pedestrian area and Corum.
